In compliance with Chapter 14, please find below the 2021- 2024 Special Education Plan for the Highlands School District. The Special Education Plan will be available for public inspection and comment for a minimum of 28 days prior to the approval of the plan by the school district’s board of directors and submission of the plan to the Department.
