If you need help with housing stabilization and preventing your eviction start with the Allegheny Housing Stabilization Collaborative, led by ACTION-Housing. Call the AHSC hotline at 412-248-0021, answered Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, or send an email. There is in person assistance available at the Housing Stabilization Center, Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm located at 415 7th Avenue (Downtown) Pittsburgh, PA 15222
