    Highlands families are encouraged to download the Savvy Citizen app and follow Tarentum Borough, Brackenridge Borough and/or Harrison Township to receive quick and timely information via your choice through the app, text message or email.

    In the event of a public safety issue, this is the platform all three governments will use to notify residents.
