• New Student Enrollment
    Student registration packets are available at the link below
    or at the Highlands Administrative Center, 1500 Pacific Avenue (rear), Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
    Information required for enrollment includes: 
    Child's Original Birth Certificate
          Please bring the original birth certificate plus a copy of the certificate for your student's file.
            If a birth certificate is not available, one of the following documents which
            note a date of birth may be used as a substitute: baptismal certificate; copy
            of the record of baptism (notarized or duly certified); notarized statement from
            a parent or other relative indicating date of birth; valid passport; prior school
            record indicating date of birth; duly attested transcript of the child's birth certificate;
            or a duly certified transcript of birth.
        Immunization Records
           All immunizations must be up to date by the first day of school. 
          Children will not be permitted to start Kindergarten until the immunization record is submitted to the school
          and reviewed by a school nurse.
        Two Proofs of Residency*
             *Acceptable documents: a deed, lease, current utility bill (within 30 days),
               current credit card bill, property tax bill, vehicle registration, drivers license,
               DOT identification card
    If student is transferring from another school, parents/guardians will also need to complete a release of records form.
