CONGRATULATIONS to senior Montrell Johnson for his commitment to continue his academic and football career at Saint Francis University. The Saint Francis Red Flashes compete in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) and are members of the Northeast Conference.

The Highlands Athletic Department celebrated Montrell’s commitment on Feb. 17, 2025. Montrell’s family includes Adam, Mindy, Noah, Gloria, Hannah & Cammy Blythe. His coaches, friends and mentors also attended the signing to show their support.

A 3-time All-Conference WPIAL football player, Montrell plans to study psychology and hopes to declare for the NFL draft in the future.
