Highlands School District is excited to announce 10 winners of the 2024 Superintendent's Holiday Card Design Contest, selected from hundreds of students who participated district-wide.
Highlands Superintendent Dr. Monique Mawhinney said the process of choosing the winning designs is always very challenging. "These students are amazing artists, and they should be proud of their talent," said Dr. Mawhinney. She thanked every student who submitted a design for the contest.
Each student received a set of cards and envelopes of their design to share with family and friends. The winners and their families will be invited to attend the January 2025 school board agenda planning meeting, where they will be recognized publicly by Dr. Mawhinney with an achievement certificate and their design framed as a keepsake (shown in photos).
