On Thursday, Sept. 19, students at the Highlands Early Childhood Center participated in this school year's PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Kickoff. Using Cool Tools lessons, teachers and students revisited what it means to be a RAMS (Respectful, Accountable. Motivated, Safe) student at HECC. After reviewing and demonstrating what it is like to be a RAMS student in the cafeteria, hallways, restroom and on the school bus, students got to enjoy popsicles and playground time for September's PBIS incentive! Monthly incentives are just one way the school will be celebrating positive behaviors throughout the year!
