Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to share some important information regarding our health and safety policies to ensure the well-being of our school community.

Immunization Requirements:
To protect our students and staff from certain communicable diseases, state law requires that all students are up to date with their immunizations. Students who are not in compliance with these requirements may not be admitted to school after the 5th day of school (September 3, 2024) unless they meet specific exemptions.

Exemptions:
Students may be exempt from immunization requirements for religious, ethical, or medical reasons. If this applies to your child, please submit the necessary documentation as soon as possible.

Annual Notice of Communicable Diseases Policy: In compliance with school board policy, if a student is diagnosed with or suspected of having a communicable disease, they will be excluded from school for the period recommended by health officials. Parents/Guardians will be notified promptly in such cases, and students will be allowed to return to school only when it is safe to do so.

Important Date:
Please note that the 5th day of school is September 3, 2024. All required immunization documentation must be submitted by this date to avoid any disruption in your child’s school attendance.
