Superintendent Dr. Monique Mawhinney and the Highlands Administrative Team presented the 2022-23 Highlands School District Year in Review at the Highlands School Board Agenda Meeting on September 11, 2023. The presentation featured the district's many accomplishments that aligned with the five goals of "Framing the Future" - Student Achievement & Growth; Teaching & Learning; Operational Efficiency; Safety & Security and Collaborative Community & Culture.
