With inspiration from new Athletic Director Katie Jo Stobert, senior football players personally recognized a teacher or staff member who has made a positive impact on their lives by presenting them with their jerseys to wear on game day! This new initiative was met with sheer enthusiasm from the senior athletes. "My plan was to start this next week, and only do it for home games," said Stobert. "When I presented the idea to the boys, they loved it, and wanted to do it every week instead!"
The seniors will continue sharing their jerseys with teachers/staff on Fridays throughout the remainder of the football season. "The overall excitement that this group of seniors expressed about this is what it's all about," said Stobert.
