Former Highlands School Police Officer Joe Naviglia visited Highlands Elementary on Veterans Day to read the book Officer Buckle and Gloria to students in Mr. Romy Nitowski's 2nd grade and in Mrs. Anne Marie Mravintz' 1st grade classes. He also visited students and staff there as well as at the Middle School. Officer Naviglia still assists with various school events as needed, and Highlands is always happy to welcome him back!
