High School Celebrates Three '22 Senior Artists
June 2022
Highlands High School senior independent art students Emma Lutz, Isabela White and Hadley Collins were celebrated at an Independent Art Show at the end of the school year in the High School Library.
Supervised by art teachers Mrs. Teresa Emeloff and Mrs. Renae Yoder, the independent art course is designed for highly motivated senior art students who have demonstrated a desire to design and create their own individualized course of visual art study for the entire school year. Completion of three studio art courses, fundamentals of studio art and an application process is required for course acceptance.
This fall, Emma will attend Edinboro University to study art therapy; Isabela plans to attend CCAC for their ultrasound technician/sonographer program; and Hadley will major in business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Congratulations to Emma, Isabela and Hadley!
