Rising freshman Ella Rittman was recently honored with the Murphy's Music Center Outstanding Musician Award. For the past three years at Highlands Middle School, Ella has excelled not only in Band, Jazz Band and the Varsity Marching Band as a Pre-Freshman member, but also academically. "Ella is a leader among her peers and demonstrates a hard work ethic in all she does," said Mr. Lee Lynn, HMS Band Director. Ella is the daughter of Sloane & Donna Rittman.
