Eight Highlands Varsity Football players were selected to the All-Conference 1st Team, 2nd Team and Honorable Mention Team for the 2019 season. The teams were selected by the Conference coaches from South Fayette, Montour, New Castle, Blackhawk, Beaver, Knoch, Ambridge and Highlands.
