Welcome to 8th grade science! This year we will learn about a variety of topics. Our units of study include Atoms & chemical reactions, Forces, Diversity of Life, and Changing Earth. The course is very hands on and interactive. We work in groups for many, many projects throughout the year. Groups will be varied throughout the year to promote cooperative learning and adjusting to working with different people. This is a skill that I feel is as important as the science content itself.
