• About Mrs. Coulter
    I have been a teacher at the Highlands School District since 2004.  Currently, I am the autistic support teacher at Highlands Middle School.  I am a graduate from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  I am PA certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and English 7th - 9th grade.  I am very excited to continue this adventure teaching autistic support and especially at Highlands Middle School!
