Mrs. Jodon's Page
Welcome ~
My name is Bridgette Jodon and I have been teaching in the Highlands School District since 2002! I am a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where I majored in Elementary and Special Education.I truly enjoy being a part of the Highlands School District and thoroughly enjoy teaching Life-Skills at Highlands Middle School. My goal has always been very simple, and that is to challenge students to work to their fullest potential. I absolutely love what I do and look forward to the daily challenges and opportunities that teaching offers!
When I am not busy with my school responsibilities, my husband and I enjoy raising our two daughters, traveling and spending lots of family time together. I also enjoy reading, shopping, decorating, spending time with family and serving in various ways throughout the community. As an adoptive mother of two amazing children, I am passionate about how we preserve a childhood and give children our best every single day!
As an educator, I have enjoyed learning and growing with my students. I feel that I learn as much from them as I hope they learn from me. I also feel that strong parent / teacher partnerships are an important part of the education process. I want every parent to know that my door is always open and you are welcome to call or email me at anytime! I look forward to working with you and your child throughout the school year!
