5th Graders Figure It Out in "Fractured Fairy Tales" Makerspace

Mrs. Jill Aaron's and Mrs. Jaime Mochanski's 5th Grade English/Language Arts students visited the HMS Makerspace for a culminating activity about Fractured Fairy Tales. Each group received a task card with directions to create an item that goes along with their twisted / fractured fairy tale; these tasks were directly connected to the reading skills of the lesson. Students were able to put their ideas, imagination and knowledge into action! Special thanks to Mrs. Jen Kosior for the photos and for assisting students in the Makerspace.
