The access code is yearbook. Only submit one photo. Complete the rest of the fields and submit.
Requirements: The photo should be high quality professional grade, with a resolution of 300 dpi., jpeg format and vertical. Please have the photo cropped from the waist up. Students should wear appropriate school clothes. Some requirements are, but not limited to: NO sunglasses, weapons, gang references, hand signals, or references to drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. The student should be facing the camera and be the only person in the photo (no animals).
