• Cell Phones

    Students are permitted to use cell phones and other electronic devices IF they follow these guidelines:

    A. Cell Phones should be out of sight and in pockets.

    B. Cell Phones may be used in class with teacher permission.

    C. Only one ear bud in at any time

    D. Students MAY NOT make phone calls / Face Time at ANY TIME.

    E. Cell Phones will be permitted for educational use only.

    F. Cell Phones are NOT permitted in the locker rooms.

    G. The school is not responsible for theft of phones.

     

    CONSEQUENCES

    1st Time Offense: Cell Phones will be taken by teacher and security, dean or principal will bring Cell Phone to the office. It will be locked in the safe for the remainder of the day.

    2nd Offense: Student Cell Phone will be taken to the office and a parent/guardian must pick it up from the main office. Cell Phone will NOT be returned to the student.

    3rd Offense: Student is not permitted to have Cell Phone for the rest of the 9 week grading period.

    4th Offense: Student is not permitted to have Cell Phone for the rest of the year.

    Exceptions may be made by a case by case basis at the discretion of Administration.
