Congratulations to Highlands High School seniors Elijah Majocha and Adriana Montemurro for being selected among the 2023 Elite 100 Trib Total Media Outstanding Young Citizens! 

Western Pennsylvania high school juniors and seniors who demonstrate exemplary character and leadership, dedication to community service, and outstanding academic achievement were nominated by family, friends, school officials, teachers, and members of the community. Nominated students had to complete a biography form to be considered for the award. An independent panel of judges reviewed all eligible biography forms to select the Outstanding Young Citizen Awardees.
