Highlands is host to the 73rd Annual Alle-Kiski Valley Band Festival on Wednesday, September 18 at 7:00pm, Golden Rams Stadium. Admission is $5.00 and tickets are available at the gate. The festival will feature marching bands from Apollo-Ridge, Burrell, Deer Lakes, Freeport, Highlands, Kiski, Leechburg, Penn Hills, Plum, Springdale and Valley. The festival will also feature raffles and concessions.
