Highlands School Police Officer Joe Naviglia reads his favorite book, Officer Buckle and Gloria, to Mrs. Robinson's and Mrs. Walter's first grade classes at Highlands Elementary. As a surprise, the students presented Officer Naviglia with thank you cards in recognition of National Resource Officer Day.
