Heights and Fawn Elementary School students will get fit with new climbing walls, curriculum and fitness bands, funded by a $9,849 Highmark Healthy High 5 School Challenge grant.

With rates of childhood obesity on the rise, physical education teachers like Mr. Luke Pollick are finding more creative ways to motivate students to get fit. Climbing walls and other apparatus are becoming increasingly popular - and fun - alternatives to traditional gym class exercises.

Highmark Healthy High 5 is an initiative of the Highmark Foundation.
