HOMECOMING PARADE
Highlands celebrated Homecoming on Friday, October 5. The Homecoming Parade featured the Highlands Varsity Marching Band, Homecoming Court, Highlands School Board & Administration, AFS Students, Cheerleaders, Rams Youth Football Players & Cheerleaders, Highlands Hornet Football Players & Cheerleaders, Harrison Twp. Police, and representatives and fire trucks from our local Volunteer Fire Departments.
KING & QUEEN
At halftime, seniors Jamie Duncan and Jaci Bowser were named the 2018 Highlands High School Homecoming King & Queen. Congratulations to them and to rest of the Royal Court: Mallory DeStefano, Madelyn Heinle, Mekenzie Heinle, Alexia Morrow, AJ Balog, Zac Kuniak, Grayson Mann and Tyler Mohney! Last year's 2017 King and Queen, Romello Freeman (Mercyhurst University) and Emily Cochran (Mount Aloysius College) traveled back home to pass the crowns to Jamie and Jaci. Homecoming festivities were coordinated by High School teachers Mrs. Nicole White and Mrs. Michelle Dickerson.
PEP RALLY
Highlands High School held a Homecoming Pep Rally on Thursday, October 4. Students and staff showed support for our football team, cheerleaders, marching band and members of this year's Homecoming Court, who decided to switch things up and dress in the uniform of their escort's athletic team or organization!
