Dear Grandview Upper Elementary Students and Families,
It is my pleasure to welcome the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students and their families to Grandview Upper Elementary School.There have been many changes made throughout the district, but one thing has not changed -- the Grandview staff’s dedication to educating students.We will continue to hold our standards high as we utilize the co-teaching models to meet the learning needs of all of our students; the school-wide positive behavior program; and the concepts of the Sanctuary model.
Parental involvement will ensure a smooth transition for your student. I encourage interested volunteers to visit the website's Volunteer Section to obtain the necessary requirements and volunteer within the school and parent teacher organizations.
I am optimistic that the 2011-2012 school year will be fantastic.
