K/4 Preschool
Application Process
For the K/4 Preschool Application process, children must be 4 years of age on or before September 1.
The following documents are needed for application:
Child"s original birth certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residency (such as utility bill, etc. - a driver"s license will not be accepted)
Social Security Numbers
Parents will be asked to complete various forms for application.
Transition into K4
Two screening assessments are utilized for the transition into K4: the DIAL3 assessment and the Circle Screening assessment. In August, all of the K4 classrooms will host an Open House so families may come to meet teachers and see the classrooms and materials prior to the first day of school.
