Pre-K Program
Application Process
For the Pre-K Application process, children must be 4 years of age on or before September 1.
The following documents are needed for application:
Child's original birth certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residency (such as utility bill, etc. - a driver's license will not be accepted)
Social Security Numbers
Parents will be asked to complete various forms for application.
Transition into the Pre-K Program
Two screening assessments are utilized for the transition into the Pre-K Program: the DIAL3 assessment and the Circle Screening assessment. Parents will be invited to visit the Pre-K classroom and meet the teacher at the beginning of the school year.
